Passionate about fishing? Want to contribute to a better fishing future?<\/p>\n

VRFish, Victoria\u2019s peak recreational fishing body, is seeking expressions of interests from Victorian recreational fishers to join our State Council<\/a>. Currently, there are five (5) vacancies for individual recreational fishers who are not a member of a fishing club.<\/p>\n

State Council members fulfil the key role of ensuring that they are in contact with, and represent the views of, recreational fishers in Victoria to the State Council. VRFish’s State Council consists of delegates from across Victoria including representatives of fishing associations, large fishing clubs, affiliated organisations and individual fishers.<\/p>\n

VRFish and it’s Board<\/a> depend upon members local knowledge and input to ensure that advocacy efforts are directed into the correct areas and with appropriate priority.<\/p>\n

Members are expected to\u00a0attend quarterly State Council meetings held in Melbourne<\/p>\n
