The North Central Regional Waterway Strategy will provide the framework for government agencies, in partnership with the community and Traditional Owners, to maintain or improve the condition of waterways and wetlands so they can continue to provide environmental, social, cultural and economic values for all Victorians.
North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) are consulting with the community ahead of writing the North Central Regional Waterway Strategy, to get to know what the community values about the region’s waterways.
They’re calling on the community – the people who live near, visit, care for, and value these waterways – to contribute to an online survey to provide input into the development of the strategy.
Fill in the survey to reflect on your connection to waterways, the changes you’ve seen, and your hopes for the future. The survey will remain open until 30 June 2026.
