If you’ve ever used Parks Victoria to book a campsite, it’s time to have your say on their booking system to help improve the user experience.
Parks Victoria is the manager of 131 campsites across 47 Victorian parks that are available to book via the Parks Victoria online booking system.
The booking system is used for people to select, book and pay for their campsites or accommodation with Parks Victoria. According to Parks Victoria, every year, nearly 400,000 people book a stay through this system.
To make the system as user-friendly as possible, Parks Victoria are calling on the public to share their thoughts on the system through an online survey.
