Recfishers regard the Gippsland Lakes as one of Australia’s premier bream fisheries. So, we know you’ll be keen to get involved in the inaugural Gippsland Lakes Bream Cup 2026 in February 2026!

Held alongside the Boating Industry Association of Victoria‘s upcoming Gippsland Lakes Boat Show (27 February – 1 March 2026), the Bream Cup will bring anglers together for a weekend of competitive fishing, plentiful waterways and serious bragging rights, with a $15,000 prize pool on offer.

Whether you’re a seasoned tournament angler or keen to be part of an exciting new event, this is one you won’t want to miss!
